The development project is located in the south of St. Pölten and comprises approx. 800.000 m². Now it is traversed by the B20 highway, the Mariazeller highway, and the Traisen valley railroad of the Austrian Railways (ÖBB), with a direct connection to the West Railway.

The property offers excellent prerequisites for the development of a high-quality commercial location.
After completion of the planned motorway S34, Traisen valley railroad, the location will be directly connected to the A1 motorway and the "regional ring" (a ring road around Vienna).
